As a chiropractor in Hudson, Wisconsin, Dr. Zach McCabe has been serving the St. Croix Valley since 2001 as the owner of McCabe Chiropractic and Wellness Center.
Dr. McCabe is originally from rural southwest Wisconsin where he learned a solid work ethic and a respect for natural ways of living, and it was this foundation that lead him to choose chiropractic as a discipline. He began his schooling at the University of Wisconsin in La Crosse, where he studied the human body and how it works. At UW-La Crosse, he received his bachelor's degree in Biology.
Dr. McCabe is a Cum Laude graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. While at Palmer he was active in many student activities and organizations including the Palmer Gonstead Club, the Student International Chiropractic Association (SICA), the On Purpose Club, Student Renaissance, and work study where he both worked in admissions and the student fitness center.
From there, Dr. McCabe went to Indiana to study under two well respected chiropractors in the profession, further learning the skills needed for the Gonstead Method of Chiropractic as well as the other skills needed to care for his patients.
In 2001 Dr. McCabe opened McCabe Family Chiropractic in Hudson, Wisconsin which became McCabe Chiropractic and Wellness Center in 2007. Over the last fifteen years of practice, Dr. McCabe has not only spent 5 days a week helping his practice members reach levels of health they once thought unimaginable, he also spends significant amounts of time educating the public on health issues such as chiropractic, posture, nutrition and diet, and exercise. He has spoken at numerous public and private schools throughout the region, teaches classes at his church regarding topics on health and the Christian worldview, and teaches Middle and High School Science at a local home-school co-op.
In his free time Dr. McCabe enjoys spending time with his wife, Nikki, and three children. He is an avid outdoors-man who likes to hunt, fish, paddle, hike, and camp. He also enjoys both playing organized sports and coaching his children. Dr. McCabe is a member of the Hudson Noon Rotary Club, the Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin.

Dr. Kathleen’s journey to becoming a chiropractor started as a high schooler in River Falls, Wisconsin. She suffered from daily headaches, occasional migraines, and chronic sinusitis that no over-the-counter medication or prescription drug could cure. Through principled chiropractic care, she experienced relief from those ailments, and she became intrigued by how the human body works. She learned to appreciate the innate healing properties of the human body and realized that true health comes from the inside out.
Dr. Kathleen is an active member of the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association (ICPA), International Federation of Chiropractors and Organizations (IFCO), and the Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin. Outside of the office, Dr. Kathleen enjoys spending time outdoors. She loves to kayak, hike, travel, and spend time with her family. She understands that chiropractic adjustments restore normal nerve system function and enhance overall expression and quality of life. It is her purpose to empower and inspire the St. Croix Valley community to lead proactive lives through the principles of chiropractic care. She looks forward to providing you and your children with the highest quality of care.
